Institute of Education Development and Intellectual Việt (IEDV) is the scientific research institute under the Ministry of Science and Technology. IEDV is a member of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). The Institute was established under Decision No. 428/QD-LHHVN dated dated July 11th, 2012 of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations. Technological and scientific activities were granted with registration certificate No. A-1034 dated July 23rd, 2012 and the second registration dated December 07th, 2015 by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

IEDV is now attaching special importance to to research, development, training and customer services in education, provision of smart education products with the desire of bring innovative and high quality education program to most of people.

The products and services provided by IEDV must be the results of demand and dream of reaching to knowledge top of learners and such products must be practical and direct for learners in their learning as well as in their lives.

– Perform scientific and technological services: Consultancy, verification and scientific comments of issues on education and intelligence development of humans. Implement transfer of technology and thinking skills, early education program; conduct training to improve professional capacity, organize scientific workshops for the above fields.
– Provide training and education of life skills for children and people in work. IEDV has rights and obligations to cooperate with other individuals and domestic and foreign organizations to fulfill the obligations under the Law of Vietnam.
The Institue has 35 permanent and pluralistic employees, including 01 Professor, Hero of Labor Vu Khieu, 01 Professor, Doctor of Science, 02 Associate Profesor, Doctors of Philosophy, 05 Doctors of Philosophy and 05 Masters.
The key personel of the Institue includes senior experts, professors, doctors of philosophy, masters and leading scientists in the field of education research and development in prestigious domestic and foreign universities such as University of Education, Hanoi National University of Education and Training, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi), Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, Hanoi University of Culture, National College for Education.
